Aquatics Welcome to the revised and simplified Aquatics portion of the P&R website.  So, if you are seeking current information the best place to look right now is through our Winter program guide.  Click here to be taken to the Page by Page version... Otherwise, here is what is planned for this site...to the right of this will be current news that is only relevant to aquatics, whether it is upcoming programs, schedule changes, jobs being posted, Santa appearing underwater or who knows what! To the left are the Aquatic Links (admissions, birthdays, career train - be a lifeguard/instructor, childminding - well you can read the rest).  We think those are pretty self explantory and don't change from aquatic page to page. Below that will be our prime downloads.  Stuff like the swim schedule, admission info, rates for passes, and so on.  You know the stuff you are always trying to find quickly. Speaking of quickly, did you know that you will be able to access this page simply by using the web page address: www.northcowichan.bc.ca/aquatics That is correct - just toss a forward slash and the name of the area to the end of our web address and you will be taken to that page.  Same thing will work for Programs, Ice and so on.  Now if you are interested in getting to the main page you can do that in one of two ways. The link in the green bar just below here will take you there or you can just use northcowichan.bc.ca/active. Aquatic News & Events Aquatic Centre Closure!! The Cowichan Aquatic Centre will be hosting the Vancouver Island Regional Swim Meet from Jan 15th to 17th.  As a result the pool side will be closed starting at 8am on Friday, Jan 15th until 6am on Monday, Jan 18th.  Fitness area remains open as per regular hours though!!
